The Measurements (a description).
B. Measure from the floor over the top of your foot at the nook of your foot (the spot where your foot ends and leg begins) and back down to the floor in an upside down U shape. Make sure the U shape is 90 degrees or perpendicular to the floor.

C. Measure from the floor over the top of your foot at the widest point of your foot on the tracing you took. Do not worry if your measurement is not exactly straight across or 90 degrees, feet vary measure from wide point on the right to wide point on the left.

E. This is the circumference of your ankle from the bottom of the heal to the nook (the spot where your foot ends and leg begins) and then back down to the heal. Measure all the way around. Hold one end of your tape to the nook and wrap it around the heel and back up to the nook. This is the most important measurement when ordering boots. If this measurement is wrong, your boots will not fit well or worst case they will not fit at all.

F. The standard height for Cavalier boot is 20.  The maximum height for a Cavalier Boot is 24 inches, extra charges apply.  The standard height for a Campaign boot F is  25 to 28 and no extra charges apply.  Measure from the nook (the spot where your foot ends and leg begins) to the spot on your let you want the boot to go.  That is your F measurement.

G. Is the height at which your calf is the largest in circumference, much like the F measurement. Measure from the  nook of your foot to the height of the widest point of your calf.

H. Is the circumference of your calf at its most widest point.  Measure all the way around your calf.

I. This is the measurement of the circumference of your leg at the F measurement.  For the standard Cavalier boot, measure 20" up from the nook of your foot and then measure the circumference of your leg.  When ordering Campaign boots or boots higher than normal cavalier boots, it is the circumference of your leg at the F measurement or the point at how high you wanted your boots.

J.  This is the measurement that determines the hand, or slop of your cavalier or campaign boot. Generally I add 4 inches to the I measurement. I can add no less than 3 inches and can add more than 5 for an extra fee to be determined when I receive your measurements. For a standard boot do not take this measurement, I will add 4 to the I measurement. ( This must be between 2" and 5")
